I especially want to thank Dr. H and all the EHI staff for all the encouragement and support throughout the program and, most importantly, for helping me to stay with it while I had a curve ball thrown at me with some cancer. And I thank Dr. H for his support throughout my healing process and allowing me the time I needed to get through the program. EHI was a special experience for me because of the passionate people who care greatly about helping others heal. Dr. H and all the teaching staff were all very supportive, and I learned something every time there was a communication from any of them. The program is very thorough and was exactly what I was looking for with regard to more extensive education about nutrition.
