I enjoy being challenged by our instructors, and when I ask a question, they ask a question back.. which usually sends me down another curious rabbit hole time suck! But, that is what I am here for, for to learn and for the eyes to be more opened and in many different directions. I love that they encourage the care of our whole selves. I was able to move more. I had more energy, physically. Deeper aspects of painful past experience and ones that are current that I had not resolved were able to be processed in dreams and I was able to have some deep emotional releases that left me feeling lighter. I felt a deep connection to nature as the last days of warmth held on.

I did the fast! I wasn’t sure how it would be since I have strong digestion. While I missed crunchy foods (like raw carrots) it was comforting to know that my body was accepting the soft nourishment and my blood sugar was not all over the place.
I’ve told everyone I know about Bentonite Clay and how good my body feels. As well as the improvement in my digestive system (bloating and gas are gone). I am confident I have direction on how to do a clinical cleanse. Before this class, cleansing seemed like a very mixed up topic. Lots of information on why to do it on the internet but not a lot of direction of how. This class has given me structure around cleansing. I was glad to learn that a person can eat but still help the body do the necessary cleanup with Bentonite Clay.
The amount of content and knowledge provided at EHI was incredible. The program is very detailed, planned out and professional. I learned so much! I also liked working with the instructors. They were always so quick to offer feedback, advice and help.
