I was so impressed with this cleanse. I did not really know what to expect going in, but I got so much out of it, more than I could have ever imagined! Week 4 was extra special because I got to see the culmination of everything GOOD! Physically, emotionally and spiritually, I feel I am on a higher level now.
My Fiancé and I attempted the fast together. I made it one day, he made it two. Even though we did not finish the fast, I enjoyed his support and efforts and we bonded through it.
I have to thank Dr. H for creating this curriculum and for his steadfast belief in himself. I was lucky to be a student of Dr. H’s about ten years ago. Due to his extraordinary teaching methods, dynamic view on life, and information about the cycle of influencing energy, I was able to incorporate his ideology of how to use food for medicine and eat holistically. Today, I greatly attribute my extraordinary health to embodying Dr. H’s teaching. Fast forward to a couple of years ago when I rediscovered EHI. I was elated to have access to the curriculum again. I just needed to finish a few more classes to fulfill the new standards for EHI. Halfway through, I found my life in a downward spiral but the staff at EHI did not give up on me. They encouraged me to power through and finish my classes. I am forever grateful for their support. Dr. H and EHI not only influenced my life in a huge way, but in doing so, I have passed much of this information on to others. I look forward to expanding my reach and helping many others in the future. I feel that the unique way of learning through action sets EHI apart from other schools. The ability to put what you learn into action helps shape a better future for yourself and the people around you.
For me, the DTOX series has been more of a physical journey, but I welcome the emotional, spiritual aspects that we learn as part of the process. I feel that over time, I may do deeper work in other areas, but in a way, it’s like process to address layer by layer. I believe that what needs to happen during the cleanse will happen, and so it was fine how it was. I appreciated seeing all the deep layers unfolding with some of the others also going through the cleanse. It shows what is possible – which is A LOT of growth on many levels. The group learning aspect is a bonus of this method too.
I could easily write all day about the benefits of cleansing, but I’ll wrap by saying that I am very grateful to EHI and all the beautiful teachers who support and inspire us! I feel thankful for this experience and this knowledge for healing. Wishing you love and light!
