I’m sure I’m not alone, when I say 103 made me be honest with myself…my needs, my relationships. It was challenging, but in a good way! It helped alkalize thoughts, actions. Though I fell off at certain points, this course helped me through some tough times…it helped me with being even more aware & welcome new transitions in my life.
