The staff and program exceeded my expectations. As I shared in my last DQ, teachers actually reached out to me personally when I was going something difficult, which moves me to tears to think about. The comminuty feel – even though I’m really ‘shy’ and to myself, is a beautiful and unique quality that I’ve only ever experienced at EHI. The education is truly holistic and dynamic, and it is one that actually supports the healing process for me as a student as well.
This is stuff I’ll use in the rest of my life and practice. Thank you for what you do EHI teachers!

The 103 course was enlightening and I was unprepared for what I would learn about myself in the process. The vision board was an amazing exercise. I especially liked the feedback and helpful hints on how to improve on the skills I learned. No improvements. I really enjoyed the course.
I loved the hands-on experience with food in the 102 course. This piece is critical in helping clients transition to plant-based. It gave me the knowledge base to share quick and easy plant-based snacks and meals that I know clients will enjoy eating. It took the mystery out of “raw”. In addition, the energy between Chef Dan and Kirsten was wonderful! I loved their interactions, wisdom, and quick tips that were shared with us throughout the lessons. This class was a real treat to take!
