I would like to thank the entire EHI family and Dr. H for the inspiration, wisdom, and encouragement to keep going, keep digging deeper, and to trust myself and the process. I’ve just completed 203 and ready to dive into 204 this coming weekend….this was an amazing module w/ supplemenation/dosing strategies and learning about so many cool herbal and vitmain supplements (continuing) too! I felt my body getting lighter, softer and stronger and had more mental and physical endurance.
Dr. H’s weekly video teaching was amazing!! It helped me completely justify the “WHY AM I COMMITTING TO DO THIS CLEANSE understand the well-researched science and his 20 years experience supporting it.
That I was doing the cleanse with others was great and that we had a weekly check in where Dr. H showed genuine interest in how we were feeling physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I’m actually feeling a difference in my body and mind as I progressed through the cleanse, knowing the signs of healing I should be looking for, and being forewarned by Dr. H of the periods/warning signs that might be more challenging, and to not be afraid to suspend the shakes or enhancements or complements, and as necessary, text or call.
