I have learned so much about detoxification in this course and feel so blessed to recognize the true importance of detoxing, especially in today’s modern world. We are bombarded with the unnatural all of the time, and our bodies, although extremely resilient, struggle trying to keep up with it all even if you live the cleanest lifestyle possible, and lets be honest it’s not always easy to do so.
I am feeling so much more confident on this subject, especiallly because before I took this course I couldn’t really find consistent information on detoxification from my google searches and research. There is so much conflicting information out there, and Dr. H and the team did an excellent job explaining detox in a way that really makes sense and feels intuitive.
