My experience in this program has been truly transformative, not only in what I’ve learned about holistic nutrition, but in how I’ve grown personally and spiritually. I loved how each module beautifully connected food, energy, and emotional wellbeing, showing that healing is much more than physical, it’s a harmony of mind, body, and spirit.

The teachings on Food as Medicine and the Cycle of Influencing Energy deepened my understanding of how nutrition supports the whole person, not just the symptoms. I especially appreciated the supportive community and the depth of wisdom shared by the instructors, especially H, whose knowledge and guidance have truly been a gift from God.

What stood out most to me was how the program encouraged self-reflection and spiritual growth alongside scientific learning. Every lesson reminded me that true health is a journey, one rooted in awareness, compassion, and a deep connection to nature.

My experience in this program has been both deeply educational and profoundly personal. I began with a desire to dive into a subject that fascinated me, but instead of discovering a whole new world, I rediscovered myself.

What I’ve loved most about my teachers, Dr. H., and ALL of EHI is how they encouraged me to view nutrition not simply as a science or discipline, but as a practice of mindfulness, love, and self-exploration. I’ve learned that the food we choose (especially when it’s organic, biodynamic, whole, and grown with care) is a reflection of how we choose to nourish not only ourselves but the world around us.

This program helped me understand the deep connection between nutrition, soil health, personal wellness, and life-balance. It’s allowed me to see the world as God intended…in its raw, natural beauty. Ironically, instead of adding to my workload, this two-year program helped me slow down, honor my time, and live with greater intention and gratitude.

EHI invited not just academic growth, but inner transformation. Through reflection and self-discovery, I learned that true wellness comes from alignment. Alignment in what I eat, how I think, how I live, and how I serve others. I finish this coursework with a renewed sense of balance, gratitude, and purpose.

Even with a full plate (homeschooling and helping to run multiple businesses) I still found myself looking forward to my EHI moments (Masterclasses, Detox 101,102,103, AOCH, etc.). They’ve become opportunities for joy, connection, and renewal in my week.

Above all, I’m proud that I’ve come full circle in my life. I have come back to the place where it all began, love. Through this journey, I’ve learned that true healing and growth begin and end with love… love for God, for my family, for myself, for others, and love for this beautiful world.
