1. A vaccine injury is an adverse event deemed to be caused by the administration of a vaccine.
2. Medical professionals are required by law (42 U.S. Code § 300aa) to claim that vaccines are safe and effective. However, vaccine inserts, the vaccine adverse events reporting system (VAERS), the vaccine injury compensation program (VICP), and the CDC each acknowledge that risks do exist and injuries, including death, have occurred.
3. We encourage everyone to ask their trusted healthcare professionals to review all available information regarding vaccine injury data, vaccine surveillance data, and vaccine insert data, at minimum, before agreeing to any inoculation. You have a right to agree or decline any medical treatment or procedure as detailed by the American Medical Association’s Patient Bill of Rights for the ethical practice of medicine and protected by existing informed consent laws (45 CFR 46).
Vaccines are promoted as one of the greatest medical discoveries of all times. And while safe for many people, the possibility of harm also exists.
Did you know that vaccine manufactures cannot be sued if a vaccine injures, disables or results in a person dying? (42 U.S. Code § 300aa–11, 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–22) Vaccines are the only products with these protections from civil litigation that potentially prevent injured people from receiving the compensation they need and deserve. Additionally, this can act as an obstacle to ensuring vaccine manufacturers make safer products following confirmed injuries.
The purpose of this article is not to be anti-vaccine, as the Energetic Health Institute is neither pro-vaccine nor anti-vaccine. However, we are pro-informed consent, pro-medical freedom, and pro-you making the decision that is best for you and your family.
A vaccine injury is an adverse event which occurs after the administration of a vaccine. Adverse events can be caused by the product itself as well as errors in the process of administration. (1) (2)
When it comes to vaccines, research that is readily available to the public is highly regulated, censored, and biased. However, there are documents available to us which can give us a better understanding of the dangers associated with vaccines.
Physicians are required to provide a Vaccine Information Statement (VIS) for the specific vaccine prior to administration, but the CDC states that the VIS alone does not satisfy the requirements for informed consent.
Here is a statement directly from the hepatitis B vaccine VIS:
“Soreness where the shot is given or fever can happen after hepatitis B vaccine.
People sometimes faint after medical procedures, including vaccination. Tell your provider if you feel dizzy or have vision changes or ringing in the ears.
As with any medicine, there is a very remote chance of a vaccine causing a severe allergic reaction, other serious injury, or death.” (3)
We also have access to both the vaccine injury table and individual vaccine inserts which provide more detailed information and a complete list of possible adverse reactions.
Some common severe adverse events caused by vaccines according to the vaccine injury table include but are not limited to seizures, anaphylaxis, brachial neuritis, and vasovagal syncope. (4)
Vaccine inserts are much more extensive than a VIS and should be read top to bottom in order to satisfy requirements for informed consent. Vaccine inserts include all possible adverse events on the specific vaccine being administered as well as the criteria to file for compensation through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. (5)
One thing you can do to investigate what’s in a vaccine is to look at the Vaccine Excipient Summary where you can find a full list of the ingredients in each vaccine. It is acknowledged that some of the ingredients being used are potentially carcinogenic, mutagenic, or teratogenic according to the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). (6)
Let us take a closer look into the Hep B (Recombivax) vaccine and some of its ingredients. This can provide more insight into what the cause of some severe reactions could be.
Formaldehyde– used in making building materials, household products, and some pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Formaldehyde has been linked to lung and nasopharyngeal cancer and leukemia and it is classified as a probable human carcinogen by the EPA. (7) (8)
Amorphous aluminum– used as an adjuvant in vaccines. Aluminum is a known neurotoxin and according to the European Medicines Agency (EMA), it was not rigorously evaluated for safety. (9) (10)
Studies have found that western countries which require more vaccines specifically containing aluminum, have the highest rates of autism. Vaccine manufactures deny any correlations between vaccines and autism. (11)
Here are some of the adverse events found in the vaccine insert:
It is important to note that the Hep B Vaccine Information Statement does not disclose the information shown above, from the Hep B Vaccine Insert, or any information from the vaccine media and excipient summary.
Unfortunately, most people choose to trust their medical professionals without fully understanding all the risks.
Vaccines manufactures are ready to protect themselves from all liability, so they push the idea that adverse effects are extremely rare and that benefits outweigh the risks, but everything listed in the vaccine insert is a possibility and is there because it has occurred.
The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program became active in 1986 when people started to sue vaccine manufactures for injuries and deaths which occurred after vaccination. This program offers compensation if it can be determined the vaccine was the cause without holding vaccine manufactures accountable. (13)
Going through the process of vaccine court is different. A special master who serves as a judge gets to determine if you qualify for compensation. Not all vaccines and injuries are covered by this program and the process can take years. The most compensation someone will receive for severe damage or the death of a loved one is $250,000 and having a life insurance policy means you do not qualify for this compensation. As of 2020 over $4.4 billion has been awarded to victims of vaccine Injury or to the family of the diseased by the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. (14) (15)
Another resource available to the public is the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System or VAERS. VAERS allows anyone to report side effects after vaccination and the main objective is to detect new or rare adverse events. (16)
The US childhood immunization schedule consists of 26 doses given before age 1, this being the highest number of doses worldwide. A study published in 2011, found that nations requiring more vaccinations have higher rates of infant mortality compared to nations that require less. There are 33 nations with lower mortality rates than the US and they require less doses of vaccines for infants. (17)
Another study analyzed 38,801 reports of infants who had adverse reactions to vaccines and the findings were that infants who received more doses of vaccines (6-8) were more likely to be hospitalized compared to infants who received less doses (2-4). (18)
A 2014 study analyzed the outbreaks of whooping cough worldwide, which increased despite vaccinations. Researchers suggest that the vaccine itself could have been a factor in the mutation of B. pertussis. (19)
