Trust Is the New Hope

Article in a Nutshell

“Hope never changed anything for the better;
only loving action can do that.”

Intro

Happy New Year, Healers!
I wish for you and everyone you love wonderful life experiences throughout 2026!

This year, I’m so excited about what’s on the horizon here at the Energetic Health Institute.

In March, we launch our long-awaited Heart of Healing Membership—one of the few memberships built specifically for mama bears, health seekers, and visionaries who want to know how to keep themselves and their loved ones healthy, happy, and whole, but aren’t necessarily ready to become professional Healers just yet.

Then, in May, we launch the world’s first-ever Doctorate program in the Life-Healing Arts & Sciences, where I have the distinguished honor of teaching those who want to take God’s Medicine into its next evolution. Together, we’ll build upon foundations in nutrition, detoxification, and fasting to step into a brave new world I’ve been creating with structured water, grounding, red light—and now touch, yoga, biomagnetism, frequency, and so much more!

All to share what Energetic Health really is: a system of healing that optimizes the resonant synergy within each natural therapy when a Healer understands how to sequentially combine natural therapies for optimal Life-Healing effect!

I’m SOOOO excited about all of this that I wake up each day ready to create the greatest healing curricula in history. That’s my goal—to create this for our children and for all “children yet to come.”

The Philosophy of Healing

And to launch our Doctorate program in the Life-Healing Arts & Sciences at EHI, I wrote a book last year just for you.

Last year, while spending a month in Zion, I wrote The Philosophy of Healing (coming May 2026) because knowing how to make Natural Medicine work is very important, and it is at least equally important to know why.

It was such a wonderful journey writing The Philosophy of Healing—this beautiful nexus of history dating back all the way to 500 BC, the time of Hippocrates, and the rise of the Cult of Asclepius. I then brought all this gnosis from the past forward to show how greatly our reality is still being shaped by the Nazis and the Cult of Asclepius, even to this day.

The good news is that, in the process of researching all of this darkness, I was also able to prove that you are indeed a Being of Light, and that there is indeed an exit door from the darkness that I can show you.

I didn’t know that, while researching through literally hundreds of references and ancient records, my research would take me to the etymological origin of 99 words, most of which we use quite commonly.

For instance, did you know that “philosophy” is actually two Greek words combined?

“Philos” and “Sophia.”

“Philos” means “love of,” and “Sophia” means “knowledge.”

And so, “philosophy” literally means the “love of knowledge.”

How cool is that?!

That the energy (or magic, if you will) contained within the frequency of the word philosophy creates within us a resonant frequency that radiates from the heart to express our “love of knowledge.”

That sounds quite healing to me.

A New Year, a New Question

As we embark upon another trip around our star, a new journey begins.

First, I’d like to give a big shout-out to everyone who realizes that our calendar should really be 13 months composed of 28 days, based upon the lunar cycle, with an extra “New Year’s Day” every year and two “New Year’s Days” every fourth year.

Then, I’d like to give another big shout-out to everyone who realizes that the winter or summer solstice is a better marker for when New Year’s Day could best occur. (Heck, pick the spring equinox for New Year’s Day if it floats your boat.)

Still, regardless of the day you select to mark your New Year’s Day, each new year gives us opportunities to start anew.

A cleansing of the soul, if you will.

I start each year with a question for myself—after all, I did write The Book of Questions, LOL.

The first question I ask of myself is, “What did I accomplish in the previous year that was good?”

Then I ask myself, “What did I learn in the previous year that I wish to bring into my new year?”

After that, I ask myself, “What do I wish to create this year?”

This question ultimately ties in with my life plan for where I would like to be in three years and the larger life plan at nine years that I’ve authored for myself.

All the while, I do my best to remember the answer to this other question…

“How do you make God laugh?”

Tell Him your plans!

“What did I accomplish in the
previous year that was good?”

“What did I learn in the previous year that
I wish to bring into my New Year?”

“What do I wish to create this year?”

Finally, I ask myself, “How will I create what I wish to create this year?”

The answers to that question always include doing the daily work to be energetically healthy. Evidence proves that without being energetically healthy, my plans have little chance of coming to fruition.

So let me share with you a little snippet from my meditation on January 1st.

“What did I learn in the previous year that I wish to bring into my New Year?”

I learned that the conversations people are having with themselves have tremendous room for improvement, starting with the words they use to speak with themselves.

Too often, people are unconsciously using words that are spiritually toxic and that short-circuit their creative electricity within their body. This creates an inconsistent magnetic field, resulting in the attraction of chaos into their lives. This happens because what they’re asking God’s universe to bring to them is being sent out in mixed messages.

But Dr. H (this is what my students call me), how can you hear what people are thinking?

Because I listen to what they say.

Trust vs Hope

The words we use to express ourselves are not different from the words we use to speak with ourselves.

And there may be no more toxic word that people routinely use than the word “hope.”

Whoa! Why do I teach this?

Because people only use the word “hope” when discussing things that are really bad.

“Hope” never changed anything for the better; only loving action can do that.

I struggled with this word in my own vocabulary from August of last year until early December, when the better word finally got through my often thick skull and revealed itself during a Thursday Masterclass here at EHI.

And that word is TRUST.

The magic within the word “Trust” is reliance on the veracity, integrity, or other virtues or sound principles of someone or something.

…or something…

Well, who could that, or something, be?

Gee, I wonder.

Tell me which frequency feels better to you, Healer?

‘I hope that you are well.’

Or…

‘I trust that you are well.’

And here’s another…

‘I hope that everything works out.’

Or…

‘I trust that everything will work out.’

For me, and I would never be so presumptuous as to tell you how to feel… for me, the frequency I love in a landslide is always ‘Trust’ over ‘Hope’.

And thus, I have deleted ‘Hope’ from my vocabulary (although it does creep back in like a TLC song every now and again before I can correct my thought).

I have effectively deleted ‘Hope’ from my vocabulary, just as I have deleted ‘hate’ and any blasphemous ‘damning’ of my Creator… and thus, my frequency has become more peaceful and happy as a result of my choice of words.

“That’s great, Dr. H, but what about all the profanity you use?”

All good things in time, Healer… All good things in time.

Final Thoughts

May I encourage you to consider making “trust” your new hope throughout all of your conversations?

And may God shine His Divine Light down upon you,
everyone you love,
and surround you in the joy and protection of His warm embrace throughout 2026.

Aloha wau ia ʻoe.
