It was all a dream…
A dream that began way back on Sunday, December 5th, 1999.
I want to give a BIG EHI ALOHA WELCOME to the more than 7,000 new students who have joined our family following the natural health & healing conference everyone is STILL buzzing about, Healing for the AGES.
Welcome to the Energetic Health Institute…an Amazing School for Amazing People…just…like…you!
We are SO excited to have you join our Family of Healers. And know that we all openly and proudly refer to EHI as OUR school because that’s what she is for us all…OURS.
Huge Mahalos to my dear brothers & sister Dr. Bryan Ardis, Dr. Ed Group, & Dr. Jana Schmidt and their incredible teams at Ardis Labs, Global Healing, and Jana’s All Natural for their love, energy, and support throughout this amazing collaboration. What brings us all together is something much more significant than ourselves. A divine guidance of selfless, humble, and devoted healers focused on one common mission of healing the world as God intended. We are grateful and stand in awe and admiration.
December 5th has become a very sacred day for me…one I’d like to share with each of you.

On Sunday, December 5th, 1999, I sat on a soft aqua-green carpet in a small school on a little side street close to the beach in Santa Monica, California. I watched with childlike amazement as Ingrid performed Dr. Kaneko’s Shiatsu Long Form A (a massage technique), and my life would never be meaningless again.
Up until that time in my life, I never knew what I wanted to do.
I was living paycheck to paycheck. Disinterested in life, chasing the dreams of people enslaved by material wealth. I was working on the International Space Station project, helping the company I worked for hide millions from government oversight committees so they could steal even more dollars from US taxpayers like me. I was essentially assisting a business that lacked integrity to steal from me and my fellow Americans. I was part of the problem, and I wanted out.
It was a meaningless existence. My only happiness at work was the inevitable office birthday party filled with sugar binges and the long lunches with friends offsite. You have to understand that I could feel my life slipping away. I could feel all the work I was doing was obsolete before I could even finish the databases I was developing, and therefore, my work was pointless.
I was miserable and searching for something more. After all, God didn’t put all this work into the grandeur we call life so that we could live in misery…did He?
So, one day, while I was toiling along doing a whole lot of nothing, adrift in a series of days that all felt the same, I just happened to be reading ‘Conversations With God’ by Neal Donald Walsch, and everything changed.
The author was speaking about Healers, and he asked God, ‘How do you know if you’re a Healer?’ Before I read the next line, I said, “You Just Know,” matter-of-fact, as if I knew what I didn’t know. And in the beautiful ways God works…that was the EXACT next sentence…
What ensued was a frantic scramble to my computer to start searching for schools so I could learn how to help people heal, including me, who was also in desperate need following an intense breakup, but that’s another story for another time.
“You Just Know” led me to the Tao Healing Arts Center on Dec 5, 1999, and an open house where I saw Ingrid use her healing touch to make a prospective student fall asleep into a state of bliss within minutes. She was so good that I can still see that prospective student’s face as drool flowed from her mouth to the pillow beneath her.
And just like that…I was hooked. I had to know how to do this healing magic.
I had to learn how to become what already lived within me…I had to learn how to become a Healer.
I was so excited that I raced over to my parents’ house afterward and ran up to their bedroom to find my mother sitting in bed working. I jumped on the bed and told my mom, “I’ve found what I want to do with the rest of my life!”
God rest her beautiful soul, my mom would reply in typically parental fashion, “That’s nice dear…now tell me how you’re going to make money massaging people.”
What I couldn’t know is that it would lead me on the journey of a lifetime…a journey that has seen the birth of EHI and experiences with so many of you that I will cherish for as long as I exist.
You see, this is what is possible at the Energetic Health Institute.
EHI was born not just for me but for all of us.
My dream is that EHI gives you the same wonderful inspiration that happened to me on December 5th, 1999…the opportunity to go from meaningless to meaningful…the opportunity to heal what hurts…, and the opportunity to make tomorrow truly amazing for us all.
It’s no coincidence, simply divine providence, that on December 5th, 2005, my first child would be born.
And it’s no coincidence, simply God doing beautiful God things, that on December 5th, 2023, the EHI-supported Grand Jury Initiative Team will be in Federal Court presenting oral arguments, fighting boldly for justice and us all.
You see, God works in such ways. So it is that there is no accident in you being here at EHI right now, Healer. You were meant to be here; what comes next is now up to you.

Last week, as we welcomed over 7,000 new students, nearly all engaged with kindness, even amid technical hiccups. However, a few didn’t align with our energy, which saddens me and prompts this message.
We recognize life’s stressors can bring out the worst, but let’s pledge that EHI remains a sacred space. Negativity stays outside, as we’re all here with each other’s best interests. No need for complaints, criticism, or pushing those resolving issues.
Together, we pinky promise to be our best selves, always kind to one another. At EHI, we’re family, and that’s a promise we hold dear.
Lastly, immense gratitude to every Healing for the AGES attendee. You’ve given us a priceless gift and showcased our school beautifully. To all at EHI, my pride and love for you know no bounds.”

Dr. Henry L. Ealy is the founder of the Energetic Health Institute. A Healer in the truest sense of the
word, and one that goes by many names. Professionally, he is known as Dr. Henele, an honor bestowed
upon him by a Kahuna Lapa’au on the island of Kaua’i in 2001. To his wonderful students, he is lovingly
referred to as Dr. H. And on Jan 5, 2022, through a crystal clear vision, he was anointed in the Eternity of
God as Walis which translates to ‘Friend of God’. No matter which name you prefer, who he is remains
the same…a devoted being of light, walking the straight way, and doing God’s work with his heart
always in the right place.
