I have been following Dr H’s recommendations for proper cell phone/electronic usage, earthing, grounding, and sleep system daily for approximately 30 days. These new habits are game changers. Stacking these good habits on top of living a healthy lifestyle (hello DETOX 101, 102, 103) has accelerated my healing journey. I lost taste and smell and developed tinnitus after a mild case of covid over 3 yeas ago. My studies at EHI have helped me make progress in regaining these senses. However, the grounding has been the missing link. This past month, my tinnitus is barely perceptible, I have had more “bursts” of smell and my sleep is restful and full of lucid dreams. Dr. H is amazing in his relentless pursuit of knowledge and teaching. EHI is a gift that keeps on giving. So is the grounding sleep system and earthing.

I began studying at EHI 2 years ago. I knew going in how intelligent Dr H is, but nothing prepared me for the life affirming classes I was to experience. I learned an enormous amount of practical information that I utilize every day. I healed my mind, body and spirit and I joined an amazing, supportive community that I now call family.

The cleansing program at EHI is an absolute must for anyone looking to heal. Dr. H takes you on a deep dive into the fascinating world that is your body and teachers you to cleanse and heal from a cellular level. It’s a beautiful study, not only of the physical body, but he also ties in the principles of energetic healing, which is missed by most other teachers. For me this has been the ultimate healing program. Best part is that you’re able to cleanse and heal as post of a community and have teachers available at all times to lovingly guide you through the process.

Dr. H teaches you as though you are a pre-med student. Not only are you given an insane amount of information to dissect and learn from, but he also shares his working knowledge as a Naturopathic Dr. He covers case studies and concepts of pathology so you can actually take all the information you have learned and put it into practice. You leave not only feeling confident, but empowered. I love the attention to detail!

Dr. H is a beautiful soul with a true passion for health and knowledge unlike anything I have ever seen. He teaches from his heart and gives you all he has, is constantly evolving his coursework to make it better, and each piece ties together perfectly to paint the most amazing portrait of health I have ever seen. The cherry on top was the EHI community. A tribe of beautiful teachers dedicated to truly making a positive, loving difference in this world. They encourage, they’re supportive, and truly emulate the “Aloha” spirit.
