Dr. Henele is the Founder of, & Executive Community Director for, the Energetic Health Institute. He holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from SCNM, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition by the NANP, and has over 20 years of teaching & clinical experience helping people understand how to care for their amazing body by unlocking the healing potential of Natural Medicines. He is an Ordained Minister for all denominations and has been additionally certified as a Yoga Teacher, Clinical Massage Therapist, Human Anatomy & Physiology Teacher, as well as American Kenpo Teacher. He is the 1st Naturopathic Doctor to regularly teach at a major university in the US, where he headed up a program at Arizona State University on Stress Management. Upon graduating from UCLA, he was hired by a major aerospace company to be a primary database developer for the International Space Station Program. Recently, he has helped co-author a research paper just submitted for peer review on Climate Change discussing the importance of planting trees to help sequester carbon from the atmosphere.

He has a strong background in and deep passion for Data Verification & Analysis, Teaching & Personal Development, Curricula Design, American History, Herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga & Ayurvedic Medicine, Meditation, Clinical Massage Therapy, Lab Testing & Assessment, The Basic Human Sciences, Environmental Medicine, Climate Science, Holistic Nutrition & Naturopathic Medicine. He also holds educational copyrights on over 150 published works regarding Natural Medicine, Vaccine Education, The Best Uses for Medical Cannabis, Cellular Detoxification, Release Point Therapy Clinical Massage & Holistic Nutrition. And he likes wearing flip-flops while hanging out with trees, doggies and good people with a lot of love in their hearts while listening to love music with a lot of soul.

In 2012, he sold his Naturopathic Medical Clinic in Phoenix to pursue his life-long dream of founding a healing arts school with the ability to transform both education and healthcare…and his dream became the Energetic Health Institute today…aka ‘Our School’. EHI is a home for aspiring healers, brave souls, misfits, nerds, activists, outcasts, and anyone, from any background, that believes in Love. EHI is the school that Dr. Henele always wanted to attend when the healing arts first attracted him…a vibrant student community, an encouraging faculty & administration, and stimulating classes filled with transformational information focused on sustainable energy, health, and happiness.

While his responsibilities for the school are many, he still makes time to work with patients on a weekly basis and conduct free monthly holistic health science webinars designed upon one simple idea…making our world an amazing place to live by healing from within. 🙂

Linda Vega – Executive Director for Community Success

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with 5 years of experience in Early Development Education and California Teaching Credential. Thanks to this background and her years in team management at the corporate level, she is able to create a special experience for each member of our student body.

Virtually each day we receive unsolicited comments from our students telling us how wonderful Linda has been and how much she really helped. We certainly couldn’t provide the level of encouraging, personalized 1-on-1 attention that we do without her.

She coordinates all aspects of our unlimited student interaction, from Student Success appointments, so we can make sure each student is on track for graduation to the daily assistance required to conduct a successful open-enrollment format. Linda also helps coordinate Field Study Apprenticeships for students who elect to take advantage of this option while in school and coordinates communication with our CPA to ensure we are always in full compliance as a 501(c)3 Non-Profit School.

And when she’s not taking care of our students, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, especially her handsome and very happy grandkiddos. 🙂

Sherri Rummel – Executive Director for Community Welcoming, CHN

Every now and then you realize when you meet certain people that you must have done something right when you meet someone like Sherri. As a graduate of our Holistic Nutrition program, she is uniquely qualified to speak to prospective students about how much our style of teaching taps into potential you always knew was there, but perhaps didn’t know how to bring it to the surface.

Sherri is a perfect example of how to be graceful under pressure, pleasant and still unyielding to adversity, and why smiles and laughter are our best medicines.

Sherri’s a shining example of what’s best about EHI…and does an amazing job of making sure our student body is filled with the most beautiful group of outcasts, misfits, nerds, activists, and heros…just the way we love it at EHI. 🙂

Wendy Hiller – Executive Director for Community Education, CHN

Wendy is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who has worked her way up the ladder from Student to Grad T.A. to Faculty and she is an absolute wealth of wisdom. Upbeat, optimistic, honest, and supremely loving, our students swear by her heart-centered advice and the direction she provides.

She’s an accomplished licensed massage therapist in addition to her stellar charity work in the LGBT Community helping to raise funding for research and community support. And no stranger to having fun…you can find Wendy traveling the world or at Burning Man every year making sure the folk who have fun also do so safely.

Currently she enjoys practicing and teaching from her home in California that she shares with her fuzzy baby bundle of love too. 🙂

Christine Campbell – Executive Director for Community Growth, CHN

The Father loves a worker…and so do we here at EHI. And that’s just what Christine is…a tireless worker. When she says something is going to get done, it gets done…and believe us when we tell you it’s done to perfection.

She was absolutely instrumental in helping Dr. H update our entire curriculum from the look and layout to the finding the latest scientific research for topics we need to update. Christine has also been instrumental in helping get EHI officially recognized by the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission. She is an absolute gem and plays key role in Sponsorship and Grant acquisition.

We keep our best and brightest around…and Christine is certainly one of our very best. 🙂

Jordan Wavra – Executive Director for Community Outreach, CHN

Bright, Talented, & Perceptive Beyond Her Years…Jordan has an incredible knack for sharing unique and interesting information that can really excite our audiences on social media. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and stand-out graduate here at EHI she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that helps us fulfill a major component of our Mission Statement ‘To Share Knowledge From The Heart, For The Betterment Of All.’

Abby Elliott – Faculty, Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Abby is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who also worked her way up the ladder from exceptional Student to Grad T.A. to Faculty and she is an absolute treasure of of heart energy. Pragmatic, detail oriented, and thorough Abby will infect you with her positive outlook.

A SuperMom to be sure Abby believes strongly in things turning out best for people who make the best of the way thing turn out. She spends her free time out in nature constantly engaged with her kiddos who she’s raising into conscious and caring spirits ready to be leaders of a new way of being devout care takers of Mother Earth.

Currently she enjoys practicing and teaching from her home in Arizona that she shares with her 3 beautiful daughters that take right after their proud Momma. 🙂

Melanie Garrett – Faculty, Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Melanie recently joined our team after obtaining her Certification in Holistic Nutrition from EHI. A deep-thinker, Melanie adds a calm and measured approach to interacting with our students that’s ever so reassuring as they develop.

Melanie has also studied in our Detoxification Series and now leads groups of people interested in healing their ailing digestive tracts through proven methods of intestinal cleansing.

We’re excited to watch her develop into our next exceptional teacher here at EHI. 🙂

Ashley Scripture – Faculty, Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Ashley recently joined our team after obtaining her Certification in Holistic Nutrition from EHI. A deep-feeler, Ashley possesses a truly special intuitive gift in addition to a gentle nature and insatiable desire to continually improve. She is the embodiment of one of Dr. H’s favorite slogans, ‘The Greatest Energy Always Prevails.’ Ashley’s enthusiasm and love certainly prevail and our students pick up on all of it, incorporating what she shares into their own passion for healing.

We’re excited to watch her develop into our next exceptional teacher here at EHI as well. 🙂

Kaylee Koozer – Faculty, Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Kaylee brings a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and an eternal positive outlook to the faculty. Teachers are easy to identify because they express an unquenchable curiosity for what they’re learning and certainly Kaylee has demonstrated that again and again and again.

We’re very excited to see the influence her positive energy has with our growing student body and where here pursuit of wisdom leads her on this amazing journey. 🙂

Lisa Maillet – Faculty, Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Lisa…well, we had our eyes on Michelle from the very beginning because her attention to detail and researching accumen is something to behold. At EHI, we keep our best and brightest around…and that’s saying something because we always have too many amazing healers to choose from, which is a great problem to have.

Talented, humble, and introspectively curious, Lisa brings a quiet confidence to each teaching session that is completely free from the pitfalls of egocentric thinking. She routinely goes above and beyond when working with our students and we absolutely love that about her. 🙂

Arielle Stein – Faculty, Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Arielle brings a wealth of herbal knowledge, joy, attention to detail, and home medicine making experience as a wonderful addition to our faculty. She is a certified holistic nutritionist, vegan chef and one of the most genuinely sweet people you will ever meet.

As a graduate, she consistently impressed us with the strength of her understanding of the role herbs play in enhancing the effectiveness of complex nutritional and biochemical processes. So kind, very thorough, and always ready to help, Arielle is always able to make students feel special with each and every interaction. 🙂

Kirstin Carey – Faculty, HNC102 Co-Author, CHN

After freeing herself from Celiac Disease (dx 2008) and Hashimoto’s (dx 2013), Kirstin has become a leading expert in helping others stop symptoms, reverse disease progression, and heal from autoimmune. Her training and education as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Professional Chef, Neuro-Linguistic Programing Practitioner, Cognitive Behavior Therapy Practitioner, Certified EFT & TFT Tapping Practitioner.

Her work with hundreds of autoimmune clients, and her own personal healing journey has helped her cohesively tie together the three crucial components (Nutrition, Science, and Soul) needed to heal and reach autoimmune freedom.

Brittney Kara – Faculty, VAX101 Co-Author

Mother, Wife, Entrepreneur, Vaccine Education & Medical Freedom Movement Activist…you would think this powerhouse for uplifting change had 48 hours in a day. Brittney is absolutely amazing as her legion of Hero Mommas will attest.

She is the Co-Creator (Along with Dr. Henele) of VAX101, the 1st ever Vaccine Education Specialist Certification course. A course that fills an urgent need in the health care field because literally no Medical School teaches anything more than a lesson or two at most on this polarizing and diverse subject often leaving Licensed MD and NDs alike at a severe disadvantage when it comes to being able to interpret Vaccine Ingredients, How to Identify Vaccine Injuries, and How to Report Them as well per the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System established by the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.

Knowledge is power. Being informed is the key to living free. Informing parents is her passion. And Brittney is a powerful authority when it comes to wisdom and CDC supported vaccine data every parent should know. 🙂

Vickie Novak – Faculty, Certified Vaccine Education Specialist, CHN

One of the many things we love about Vickie is that she’s an Eco-Friendly Homesteader. Want to learn how to regrow Garlic, Celery, most things we think of as ready for the compost heap? Vickie will show you how to keep that circle of life going so you can save money without compromising the nutrient density.

Sandy Lyle – Community Welcome Specialist, CHN

Hug everyone with your words…this is what we think of when we work with Sandy because that’s how you feel each time you leave the conversation…like you just got a big southern hug.

What’s amazing is we often think of genuine people, like Sandy, as never having to had to go through hard times…that’s why they must be so happy. When it’s more accurate that the hard times they went through taught them what really matters and they’ve embodied those lessons to a ‘T’.

Sandy is on the verge of graduating from our Holistic Nutrition as well…and what’s really cool is that between her and Sherri…you’re education can begin before you even take your 1st class. 🙂

Meg Montanez – Community Success Specialist, CHN

Meg has been one of our brightest spirits for years here at EHI and easy to admire because of the courage she has continually displayed on her personal healing journey.

Loving, resilient, upbeat, and deeply caring, she is the perfect graduate to assist Linda in helping our students overcome personal challenges that inevitably arise as they progress towards graduation. It’s people like Meg that make EHI such a special school for our students. 🙂

Carmen Adams – Community Growth Specialist, CHN

What can you say about Carmen except for absolute inspiration! In her 1st year in practice she already had a 3 month waiting list of clients referred to her from Licensed Doctors. We’re talking Heart Specialists, Oncologists, et all. Doctors trust her with their patients and we trust her clinical expertise with our student body as well.

Carmen heads up our student-teacher communications for students anxious about their business abilities as graduation approaches, always reassuring them that they can do exactly what she did and showing them the step by step process that leads to success.

There will always be a market for a Ferrari…and when it comes to Holistic Nutrition expertise…Carmen is that Ferrari. 🙂

Sweet, Gentle & Authentic…Shannon is an absolute gem and talented technical writer to boot. She’s also a tremendous organizer and editor for our emerging eLibrary team. Always warm and extremely helpful, Shannon is a wonderful addition to our team.

Camille Calvin – Freelance Film Producer

We first met Camille while doing an interview for a student in our program and were immediately impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of everything from lighting, to audio, to cameras and angles, to editing.
