You guys (and gals), this school is the real deal. There are so many schools out there that just teach you surface level stuff, like “eat a salad instead of a burger” or “count your calories and stay within your recommended caloric intake”… but Energetic Health Institute (EHI) teaches you how the body really works, taking the WHOLE picture into account.

The curriculum, designed by one of the coolest, nicest, quirkiest naturopathic doctors you’ll ever meet *Dr. Henele*, is full of depth, encompassing how biochemistry, physiology, anatomy, energetics, and emotions are all affected and connected by what you put into your body and what you think/how you feel. You’ll learn about mitochondria and energy production, alkalinity, the nervous system, the Traditional Chinese Medicine 5-Element Perspective, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, blood, labs, and the list goes on and on…

And for those of you who aren’t as nerdy as me and think that sounds too technical, don’t worry! Dr. Henele puts all of the information into easy-to-read charts, really fun and engaging presentations, and lays it all out in a way that anyone could understand. It is literally so fun to learn!

Yes, you have to put in the work and study and research, but the amount of support you will have from the faculty at EHI is unmatched! Every teacher and staff member at this school wants you to succeed to the point that any of them will hand you their personal cell phone number to make sure you are fully supported. They acknowledge great effort and encourage students to go deeper and become even better nutritionists than they ever thought they could be.

They believe in you until you believe in yourself.

And not only will you learn about food, but you’ll learn about stress management, meditation, pranayama (breathing practice), environmental consciousness, herbs/supplementation & dosing strategies, AND there is are two full courses about building/structuring your practice and your business! They don’t just give you information and then leave you to flounder around, trying to figure out how to apply it to a profitable business model. At EHI they guide you through every step to be ready to launch by graduation. There are even opportunities to intern, become board certified through the NANP, and even occasional opportunities to join the school staff.

The cost is way less than most other nutrition schools and you get sooooo much more value! This is a major bargain people! I am just finishing this program and know many people who have completed it and formed their own practices successfully — and they’re changing lives! Literally changing lives.

This school has changed my life in many ways. It has not only given me a way to do meaningful, soul-filling work by truly helping others to reach their full healthy potential, but it has also helped me to become a more grounded and healthy individual myself.

I have been following Dr H’s recommendations for proper cell phone/electronic usage, earthing, grounding, and sleep system daily for approximately 30 days. These new habits are game changers. Stacking these good habits on top of living a healthy lifestyle (hello DETOX 101, 102, 103) has accelerated my healing journey. I lost taste and smell and developed tinnitus after a mild case of covid over 3 yeas ago. My studies at EHI have helped me make progress in regaining these senses. However, the grounding has been the missing link. This past month, my tinnitus is barely perceptible, I have had more “bursts” of smell and my sleep is restful and full of lucid dreams. Dr. H is amazing in his relentless pursuit of knowledge and teaching. EHI is a gift that keeps on giving. So is the grounding sleep system and earthing.

Life changing.

I have 4 children, my husband, and my father all utilizing this system. That is 7 people. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with our results.

Every day I CAN NOT WAIT to go to bed. I literally look forward to bed like I used to look forward to my birthday when I was little. That means for me, every day is like my birthday! I love it.

Every day I feel like I wake up closer and closer to the very best version of myself.
